AARAV'S POV-
Finally today I am returning to my home after three long years. I had missed them so much. Each video call, every late night conversations, and the packaged home made food sent by them made me miss my home more. After these busy yet hard working three years (according to me of course) I am finally returning to my home.
I have been on this business class seat for one hour, yeah yeah I know I am flaunting but what to do having your parents and sibling rich do come with some perks. Not necessarily important to mention but this is my fifth cup of coffee in one hour and the flight attendant, who was a male for your information was continuously hitting on me in the excuse of bringing me my sugared extra creamed coffee. I realised it the second time when he arrived with a too obvious smirk and a nose pinching smell of some floral scented perfume.
Not that I hate attention or I was a homophobic but I was too interested in having my own chaos then to add someone else's top. I would be starting my MBA soon I reach Gujurat at a famous college for business studies and so now I only want chaos of other things except the chaos of love.
15 minutes to go yayy. And I see the male flight attendant coming again. Oh god, can't they send someone else?! As much as I love attention but once I lose interest from something it just makes me frustrated if I am being offered the same.
"Sir, your creamed coffee with extra sugar!" Seductiveness as well as sultryness dropped from his voice and immediately my stomach churned with a disgustable feeling of something returning all the way up.
"Um.. Excuse me!" I said frantically swatting my hands before him but he seemed to rather find it amusing?!
I searched for the vomit bag, but the space was empty.
What. The. Hell.
Can't a good airlines like it keep something so basic! Oh god!
"Sir you may say me what you need!" He offered too sweetly.
"Can't you under- *vowkkk*" I tried to suppress but,
His navy blue flight uniform was damaged.
Literally.
Utterly.
With my vomit.
Ahhh. I always know that having too much coffee leads to indigestion but my addiction for it.
It's true that addiction is a bad thing.
"What the hell-" The attendant started.
I sneakily slipped away from there with a tissue box in hand.
"Sorry, I tried to warn you!" I muttered rushing for the washroom.
When I took a single glance back, he pinched the bridge of his nose implying he found it disgusting.
Good, at least now I can enjoy the last twelve minutes nicely before landing.
..................
There are advantages as well as disadvantages of being born in a hot state. For instance now since it's winter, the weather is very pleasant, like it's neither too hot nor too cold in Gujurat.
Just perfect.
I reached out of the airport while simultaneously calling my big brother, my soulmate, Ayaan.
"Ayaan bhaiiiii, I am here where are you?!" I shouted with full force and I was sure I will burst his eardrums soon at this rate.
"I am busy, monkey! I informed Ramesh uncle(driver) to take you!" A calm yet a mildly displeasant at his brother's antics voice rolled in from the other side.
"I hate you bhaiii!" I screamed though my voice did not have the bite the words implied.
"Love you too!" He ended the call with a giggle.
I shook my head and started looking for Ramesh uncle with a big suitcase dragged and held in my left hand.

AUTHOR'S POV-
The evening light glowed across the airport threshold as Aarav excitedly went inside the car.
"It's been sooo long Ramesh uncle!!" He said and hugged the elderly man who reciprocated his hug like it was just yesterday when a small boy of five years hugged him the same way. He has been like this for forever and everyone adored his personality and him that way.
"Yeah"
"I missed you soo much!"
"Me too baba."
After talking about random things they sat on the car to go home.
"Are you excited Aarav baba?!"
"Ohh Ramu uncle EXCITED?! Just that?! Nope not at all. I am very much excited." He replied nodding solemnly like his answer mattered more than any other important things going on.
Just then, near a city of their home,
*Vroom, shukk*
The tires shrieked and came to a half. Ramesh uncle with his years long experience quickly emerged out and checked everything.
"Aarav baba, two tyres got punctured."
Aarav's expression turned sad and disappointed all at once like a small kid and he asked like a child almost refused for sweets.
"How much time will it need uncle?!"
"Baba, it will take a long time. I can call the other driver for you if you want. "
"No. No need Ramesh uncle, I will go by rickshaw, as I am very impatient to even wait for another second to meet my family. Just bring my luggage safely. There are expensive things you know!"
Ramsh chuckled at his cuteness and nodded.
Aarav, the boy who had never caught an autorickshaw before would now try to catch it.
What a joke.
And you have guessed it right, he walked for five minutes with autorickshaws passing by but wasn't able to catch one.
Just then a soft voice,
"Ahh bhaiya, it's spicy!"
His head immediately turned to the side almost getting a whiplash but then his eyes froze.
"It's tasty nah?!" A young girl in a pastel blue kurti asked her friend standing beside her. Her expressions dramatic and her eyes partially filled with tears which were only because of the spiceness of the golgappes.
A nearby shop played 'Bol do na zara' which made the atmosphere almost unreal.
Aarav just froze at the footpath, many autorickshaws went passing by, motorcycles and numerous cars passed yet his attention seemed to have been caught and frozed by a overly dramatic soul in the open streets enjoying her golgappe like it was the last food on earth.
He noticed the way the oxidised jhumkas jingled when she dramatically took a bite or leaned near her friend to say her something that amused her. When a slight breeze blowed, it gently swayed the open brunette hair of hers making her to slide them away with her pinky.
When another wave of spiceness mixed with tanginess flooded her taste buds, she shifted on her foot fanning herself a little but still not stopping to chew.
A light rimmed glass settled on her nose and she was much taller than her friend which automatically gave her the main character vibe.
In between the conversations, he noticed that the spectacles seemed to come loose a little which was quickly adjusted by her with her bend index finger. And he seemed to be amused by that single gesture more than anything that had amused him till now.
"Pastel blue..." He murmured again taking in her look.
After a few minutes, they paid and went from there, but he just stood there for a minute. He stared at the place where she stood before and tried to memorise the way she was there with her oxidised jhumka jingling and her brunette hairs dancing gently in the wild breeze. He felt his heart beat in his ears almost as if announcing him something.
And then he turned and his soul shook due to an entire different reason now, an autorickshaw driver staring at him teasingly,
"Pehli nazar mein pyar!" (Love at first sight)
He was confused as to when he came there and also watched him, but he shaked the thought and went inside.
"Deshmukh Nivas!" He muttered uninterested and unusually quiter than before.
Alas how could he speak when he just felt heaven without even dying.
